One of the largest dealer groups in the north of England, RRG, is supporting further growth of its car supermarkets in Oldham, Preston and Atherton with technology developed by iStoreDOCS.
The software platform supports omnichannel retail and provides advanced tools that deliver an efficient sales experience for dealership staff and customers. Meanwhile, the iStoreDOCS cloud is secured with the latest encryption technology to ensure customer data is safe and compliance procedures enforced.
David Boyce, CEO at Mad Devs, which launched iStoreDOCS, said: “It’s great to be part of RRG Group’s growth journey. We continue to invest and develop our platform to ensure dealers have the tools they need for a rapidly evolving retail landscape.”
RRG, an Marubeni Auto Investments company, represents Toyota, Lexus, Mazda, Peugeot, KODA, Nissan, Kia, and MG in 21 locations throughout the Northwest and West Yorkshire.
Katie Newton, MAIUK F&I director, said: “It is important that our technology partners share our dedication, passion, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Over the years iStoreDocs has shown a consistently high level of support. Having seen the success of the platform within the RRG Group, it was an obvious choice to partner with them on the roll-out of the system at our HPL sites. Their business support teams went the extra mile to ensure a smooth process.”
