Quest Consumables unveils digital service

Workshop consumables specialist Quest Consumables has implemented electronic trading through TecCom, with improved stock visibility helping its distributors to optimise their orders efficiently.
The Warwickshire-based company specialises in high-volume workshop consumables and tools, with over 10,000 part numbers available for next-day delivery from a 40,000 sqft stockholding facility.
The TecCom system provides improved stock visibility all the way through to delivery, while taking care of invoicing and credit management.
George MacArthur, sales and marketing director at Quest Consumables, said: “Our installation of TecCom will undoubtedly improve our distributors’ experiences with Quest, offering efficiencies across all steps of the transaction, from ordering, through to stock availability and invoicing. This will improve our overall customer service, expanding our capabilities in the automotive marketplace.”
