Prasco extends next-day delivery window

Prasco UK has extended its ordering window for next working-day deliveries.

Customers can now place an order up to 5.30pm, an increase of 30 minutes over its previous Monday-to-Friday deadline, with the company aiming to deliver the order by 10.30am the next day.

The move also includes Saturdays where previously the deadline was 12.30pm, with available items delivered on Monday mornings.

Kelvyn Waugh, Prasco UK’s managing director, said: “We have long taken orders up to 5pm in the working week and up 12.30pm on Saturdays but we have noticed more and more customers are placing orders after those times. So, we have simply adjusted our own working scheduled to accommodate all to avoid any disappointment.

“While we cannot guarantee product availability and the times we deliver by, our current stock listing has never been so vast and comprehensive. As I’ve stated before, we are continually investing in our distribution service has the ability to track an item in real time from the moment an order is placed to when it is placed into the hands of a customer. I am delighted to say, a majority are delivered before midday, if not earlier.”

Prasco supplies independently certified non-OEM parts and offers a real-time tracking facility from the moment an order is placed through to its delivery.
