Intelligent Motoring creates dedicated relations roles

Intelligent Motoring has created two new roles dedicated to developing working relationships.

John Sawbridge has been named partner relations manager to look after business partners, while Vicki Beesley joins as the company’s first head of customer relations, supporting both direct-to-consumer business-lines and business partnerships.

Sawbridge said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to work with automotive sector leaders in cutting-edge products and technology. I am very much looking forward to collaborating with the various teams within Intelligent Motoring, to extend our offering and continuing to build and develop lasting relationships.”

Beesley added: “I am passionate about providing an efficient customer journey and ensuring any customer experience is a positive one. I am looking forward to further enhancing the customer journey, streamlining our appeals process and ensuring the customer experience is second to none.”
