North East recruitment agency Ingenia Recruitment is celebrating its 30th anniversary.
The company was established in 1983 by founder Stephen Shaw to provide an exclusive recruitment service to the automotive sector, after he identified a gap in the market after 16 years in the industry.
Ingenia Recruitment specialises in filling vacancies before they are advertised through its national network of experts and colleagues, and its reputation is underlined by the fact that it is still dealing with and placing candidates who have been the company for years.
With a workforce boasting more than 100 years’ experience, it is adept at understanding the needs of both the employer and the employee, and finding the right candidate for the right job.
