Gossens lands key role at SEAT and CUPRA

SEAT and CUPRA UK has appointed Marcus Gossen as its new director, beginning on 1 September.

He succeeds Richard Harrison.

Gossen has over 23 years’ experience within the automotive industry and first joined SEAT SA in July 2020. He has worked across a variety of disciplines, including the role of managing director for MAN Truck & Bus in several locations worldwide.

His current role as head of sales, CUPRA & SEAT, Europe South and West has overseen UK performance.

Gossen said: “Both SEAT and CUPRA have seen massive change in recent years. The success is clear for all to see, particularly CUPRA’s exponential growth. I am really looking forward to working even closer with the UK team as we accelerate that dramatic change further. It is an incredibly exciting time to lead these two brands.”
