Fix Auto UK partners add Toyota and Lexus badges

Four Fix Auto UK franchise partners are celebrating after securing Toyota and Lexus vehicle manufacturer accreditation.

They are Fix Auto Leicester, Fix Auto Slough, Fix Auto Mid Devon and its sister site in Newton Abbot.

In addition, Fix Auto Malvern, Fix Auto Weston-super-Mare, Fix Auto Wigan, Fix Auto Stoke-on-Trent, Fix Auto Sutton-in-Ashfield and Fix Auto Market Drayton have added Lexus approval to existing Toyota certifications.

Kevin Shaw, managing director at Fix Auto Leicester, said: “We’re just so delighted to be able to add both the Toyota and Lexus brands to our existing portfolio. When we developed our new site here in Whetstone prior to joining Fix Auto UK we invested heavily in new equipment and training for our staff so, fortunately for us, the whole process was seamless.”

Fix Auto Slough owner Ranjit Gill added: “I’ve gone through a complete transition of my business over the last 18 months which has evolved around relocating to a new site and developing a dedicated area for electric vehicle repairs. That significant programme of investment also centred around future proofing the business with the latest equipment. It is that investment which has ensured our audit process to gain Toyota and Lexus Authorised status has been pain-free.

“While I have close relationships with several major car dealerships this is our first vehicle manufacturer authorisation and I am sure it will not be our last as I am now committed to increasing our offering to our customer base.”

Meanwhile, Dom Lamb, operations director for Fix Auto Mid Devon, said: “While we pride ourselves on repairing every vehicle that passes through our doors to the highest standards possible, we are now working through a strategy whereby we provide our customers with unrivalled and added confidence in what we do. Gaining the official seal of Authorisation from Toyota GB to encompass their vehicles along with Lexus models is the first success in this area for us.”
