Fix Auto UK adds new Northern Ireland site

Fix Auto UK has doubled the number of its repair centres in Northern Ireland with the appointment of Crash Repair Saintfield, which will now operate as Fix Auto Saintfield.

Positioned approximately seven miles south east of Belfast, the latest appointment comes less than 18 months after the network made its first appointment in the region with the appointment of Fix Auto Lagan Side.

Formed by panel technician Maurice Connor in 2013, the business encompasses a 6,000 sqft repair centre complete with two spraybooths and six workbays, employs seven productives and is currently repairing up to 20 vehicles a week.

Connor said: “I’m extremely proud of the reputation my wife, Jenna, and myself have carved out for the business, but after 13 years of being on our own, we recognise we can only do and achieve so much without specific help and support which is why we have joined the network.

“Repairing vehicles to the highest standards is a given for us, but we truly believe the business has so much more potential, being part of Fix Auto UK will help us achieve our ambitions to further grow and develop. The advice and guidance I’ve already received has been instantly invaluable to further improve our productivity.”

Ian Pugh, managing director of Fix Auto UK, said: “Maurice and Jenna join the network brimming with the attributes we look for, ambition and desire to develop. They’ve instantly embraced our branding and business support we’ve been able to provide and the signs are instantly showing that Saintfield will be another exciting addition to the network.”
