Fix Auto Kidderminster to join network

Fix Auto UK has announced the development of Fix Auto Kidderminster, a brand-new state-of-the-art repair centre in the heart of the West Midlands.

After nearly 12 months of meticulous planning and preparation, Fix Auto Kidderminster has risen from an empty industrial unit into a cutting-edge facility over the last six weeks, thanks to the efforts of entrepreneur Nav Singh.

The construction and installation work is on track to be completed by the end of June. The aim is to have BSI accreditation achieved by mid-July, and once gained Fix Auto Kidderminster will be fully integrated into the Fix Auto UK network.

With a background in the logistics industry, Singh recognised the potential of operating a repair centre. It was his own experiences of needing prompt and efficient vehicle repairs to keep his vehicles on the road that drove him to Fix Auto UK.

He has now established a team of 12, including nine qualified technicians, while the centre features a spraybooth and 11 workbays with ramps.

Over the next six years, he aspires to become a multi-site operator, further expanding his presence in the industry.

He said: “Through my logistics company, I have experienced subpar customer service when seeking vehicle repairs. While I understand the challenges involved, I believe I can do better. That’s why I turned to Fix Auto UK for their support and guidance to turn my vision into reality.”

Ian Pugh, managing director of Fix Auto UK, said: “Nav embodies the qualities we seek in a Franchise Partner – ambition and a determination to grow alongside our business model. His vision and desire is infectious, the only missing piece being a repair centre which he has kept to his word and developed over recent months. As a serial entrepreneur, he is already envisioning future expansion as a multi-site operator, and we are thrilled to be a part of his journey.”
