Chris Weeks named new BMG MD

Executive director of the National Body Repair Association (NBRA) Chris Weeks will replace Anthony Heard as managing director of Braintree Motor Group (BMG).
Heard, BMG founder and owner, will step down on 1 August.
He said: “I am proud of what we have achieved so far at BMG, and I will continue to support the cooperative as an active member. However, I believe it’s time for me to step aside and focus on expanding my own businesses. I have great faith in Chris Weeks and his extensive experience in the bodyshop industry, and I believe he will take BMG to the next level of professionalism.”
Chris said: “I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to lead BMG. I am looking forward to working with the team and the Group Repairers to drive innovation and success in the industry. Together, we can continue to build on the fantastic work that Anthony and the team have achieved.”
