Chorley Group invests in iStoreDOCS

The Chorley Group has invested in new technology to improve the customer experience and enhance data security.

The multi-franchise dealer, which operates nine sites across the North West, has teamed up with iStoreDOCS to roll out a cloud-based document system that will make it easier to share information across the group in real time.

The iStoreDOCS platform integrates with sales and dealer technology systems to reduce the need to re-enter data and provides an audit trail of activity for each customer. In addition, documents are stored in the cloud for extra security.

Adam Turner, managing director of Chorley Group, said: “We are always looking for ways to improve the service we can give our customers and operate more efficiently. The iStoreDOCS platform is designed with dealership staff in mind and is easy to use. The ability to generate real-time reports from across the group at the touch of a button is a big advantage.”

Mark Craven, director of iStoreDOCs, said: “We are continuing to invest and innovate with our platform, and it’s great to see forward-looking retailers, like the Chorley Group, benefiting from the technology. As the automotive industry faces headwinds, there are real benefits from accelerating plans for digital transformation.”
