AI Assistant names new operations director

AI Assistant has appointed Helen White as operations director.

She has played a key role in the growth of AI Assistant to date, supporting the development, promotion and implementation of the business’s range of automation solutions among automotive retailers across the UK.

She brings a wealth of motor industry experience, having been head of CRM for Inchcape in the UK for more than 10 years, as well as time spent with Mercedes-Benz UK and a variety of marketing roles for retailers across the network.

In her new role she will take on increased responsibilities for the strategic direction and operational performance with a focus on delivering exceptional client experience – ensuring AI Assistant’s automation solutions run as smoothly and effectively as possible for automotive retailer teams.

AI Assistant Director Ritchie Kelk said: “I am delighted to see Helen take up her new role as operations director.
