Registrations are now open for Automechanika Birmingham, the UK’s largest automotive trade exhibition.

Bodyshop professionals wishing to attend can claim a free ticket, free parking, plus coffee and a bacon roll.

Automechanika Birmingham takes place from 6-8 June at the NEC, and will showcase the latest developments and technologies from more than 500 brands exhibiting.

Visitors can also benefit from more than 192 hours of free skills training, technical talks and topical discussions on current industry issues and inspiring new technology, along with attending the Bodyshop Training Hub covering ADAS, body repair, electric vehicle repair, paint, refinishing and BS10125 legislation.

The much-anticipated event will also host its very first Paint & Spray Live, providing visitors with the opportunity to experience demonstrations in action at the show within its fully ventilated and operational spray booth, courtesy of Masterflo UK.

Another brand-new feature for 2023 will be Detailing Live, with education partner and curator of the programme, The UK Detailing Academy, inviting bodyshop professionals to join them for practical demonstrations and discussions to find out how bodyshops can add services to their business offering.

Bodyshop professionals can also visit Collision Repair Live showcasing the latest tools and techniques on paint and sprayguns, polishing, plastic repair, dent pulling, welding, including plastic welding, and much more.

Meanwhile, alongside the National Paint Championships, the Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has also announced that it will be hosting its first-ever Garage Awards on 7 June at Hilton Metropole NEC.
