IAAF extends membership

The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) has expanded its membership network with Garage Services Online.

Garage Services Online is renowned for designing and developing websites for the automotive aftermarket.

Jim Lang, managing director of Garage Services Online, said: “Our priority is to help independent garages compete online with main dealers and fast fits. Being alongside the big names on a Google search is absolutely essential for the growth and survival of these garages. It’s imperative they’re as easy to find online as they are in the street; it’s where their customers are making decisions 24/7.

“What’s really different about us is that we make what can be a complex and expensive process, straight-forward, easy and completely affordable. Securing the future of the independent garage aftermarket is a value we share with the IAAF and by joining, we can play a part in helping to make that happen.”

Mike Smallbone, head of membership development at IAAF, said: “Garage Services Online has a proven track record of equipping independent garages across the UK with websites that make an incredible difference to their businesses.

“The Federation’s membership continues to grow, and we’re delighted to welcome Garage Services Online to our roster of companies that serve the automotive aftermarket. The team assists and supports their clients by being considerate of their needs so there’s a real shared value in advocating for the industry there, so it’s great to have them with us.”

As an IAAF member, Garage Services Online will have access to many of the federation’s benefits, including entry to industry networking events, insights into the IAAF’s lobbying activities to protect the automotive aftermarket, a free legal helpline, credit protection advice and lifestyle protection plans.
