FMG Repair Services bolsters leadership team

FMG Repair Services has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of two dedicated operations directors.

Paul Wrigglesworth has joined the business in the role of operations director – bodyshops, to lead the bodyshop teams and develop operational and financial performance and best practice to secure repair capacity for the future.

Meanwhile, Carl Manton has been named operations director – change and support services, to lead strategic planning for the future. He takes responsibility for identifying opportunities for business improvements and delivering solutions to optimise performance across the company.
