bodyshop to host UKGBE2022 launch party

bodyshop magazine is inviting the UK collision repair industry to join us at a brand-new networking occasion on 7 June to kick-off the inaugural UK Garage and Bodyshop Event, which runs 8-9 June at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham.

The bodyshop magazine event will take place at the exclusive Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel & Country Club, just eight minutes from the NEC, and will run from 6:00pm to midnight.

It will include a mouth-watering BBQ dinner, an inspirational guest speaker and plenty of face-to-face networking time with leading bodyshop owners and managers, supply chain stakeholders and the hundreds of repairers who will be attending the bodyshop-magazine-sponsored UK Garage and Bodyshop Event.

And all of this for just £95.00 per head. More details will follow in the coming weeks, along with an online booking system for dinner places. We have also negotiated preferential rates for our guests at the Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel and will be unveiling further information about that next week at www.bodyshopmag.com and on our social media channels.

bodyshop editor Simon Wait said: “We have been speaking to independent repairers and the big bodyshop groups, distributors, manufacturers and supply chain stakeholders, and what we’ve heard is that there is a strong desire to get back to in-person networking events in 2022.

“Because of our involvement as sponsor of the Bodyshop Training Hub at the very first UK Garage and Bodyshop Event organised by Messe Frankfurt, the logical next step is for us to host a launch party for those heading to the NEC – plus anyone else in the area from our industry who wants to get together with their peers in a relaxed networking environment.”
