AW Repair has released the latest episodes in its Career for Life Series. The series highlights the fulfilling career opportunities within the repair group.
The latest episodes showcase the very different stories of two vehicle damage assessors.
Senior VDA Niel Harmston joined the company 22 years ago in parts procurement and has grown and developed his career. He has been a great mentor to many colleagues at AW which he calls his second home.
He said: “I am happy and proud to share everything I know. AW has a great apprenticeship programme and is always keen on personal development and internal career progression.”
Meanwhile former Romanian lawyer Radu Barcaru has been a VDA with AW Repair Group for four years:
He said: “I am a lawyer by university degree but I choose cars. Cars don’t lie, they show you what their faults are.”
