David Templeman promoted to new role

RH Commercial Vehicles appointed David Templeman to the newly created role of dedicated warranty and contracts manager.
The company believes that having a dedicated contracts manager will enable it to offer customers wider contract services included fixed maintenance to keep vehicles on the road.
Nigel Baxter, managing director, said: “We are constantly looking at ways we can improve the business, one area we have identified is our repair and maintenance contracts. As customers want to focus on maximizing value it’s imperative that we are responding accordingly with David having sole responsibility to support customers in this area.
“It’s hugely important that we continue to evolve and invest providing the best service to our customers. This is an important new role and David’s knowledge of the Renault systems and experience with the product make him the ideal candidate.”
