LKQ Collision & Coatings names UK boss

LKQ Collision & Coatings has announced a raft of senior appointments that will strengthen its relationships with LKQ Euro Car Parts and LKQ Europe.

Justin Elliot is now heading up LKQ’s Collision & Coatings business across the whole of Europe, a role in which he will oversee the strategy of the UK and Ireland division.

He said: “We’re proud of everything we’ve achieved over the last few years in the UK and Ireland, and I look forward to being a part of this exciting new chapter. Strengthening the relationship between our UK and European businesses means that together with our customers, we’re in the strongest possible position to navigate the months and years to come. The UK business now has an even more robust supply chain, and access to more expertise than ever, that we will leverage to the full benefit of our customers.”

Meanwhile, Andy Southby has been appointed managing director of LKQ Collision & Coatings in the UK and Ireland, and industry veteran Mike Davis will take up the position of sales director.

Elliot said: “The UK and Ireland management team is home to some of the collision and coatings industry’s biggest names, who hold customer relationships spanning decades. Andy is already proving to be a fantastic leader for the team, bringing a wealth of automotive expertise and a fresh perspective. This will be invaluable as we work closely with our customers to introduce more service solutions alongside our market-leading product range, strengthening our position as the market’s only total supply solution.”
