Fix Auto network expands in West Midlands

Fix Auto UK has welcomed Autobody Care to its network. The West Midlands bodyshop will now operate as Fix Auto Great Bridge.

The 15,000 sqft site was set up by Deepak Kaler in 2019. He now plans to double the workforce to 16 to enable capacity to increase to about 30 vehicles a week.

He said: “I am extremely proud of where I’ve brought the business to in a relatively short space of time. We have built up a great reputation locally for delivering repairs to the highest standards. For the last 12 months or so we have been working on vehicles for a locally based vehicle manufacturer, specially ensuring their press fleet is perfect when loaned out to journalists and used in shows and events so, for me, you can’t really get a highly accolade than that.

“We have got to where we are with hard work and determination but, in truth, I realised some time ago that with the right help, guidance and support, we could take the business to another level of efficiency which is why I reached out to Fix Auto UK and asked to join and become part of the network.”

Fix Auto UK’s managing director Ian Pugh, said: “Deepak’s enthusiasm and commitment to the brand is infectious. He really has left no stone unturned and worked practically around the clock over recent weeks in order to transform his entire operation into a Fix Auto UK site we can all be proud.

Fix Auto Great Bridge will support existing sites in the region, Fix Auto Birmingham North, Fix Auto Birmingham East, Fix Auto Kings Norton, Fix Auto Walsall, Fix Auto Wednesbury, Fix Auto Oldbury and Fix Auto Moseley.
