BookMyGarage steps into breach

BookMyGarage is offering its booking tool free to all main franchise dealers after a previous supplier withdrew from the market earlier than expected.
The BookMyGarage tool, which is already in use by online car retailers, as well as independent and franchised dealers, offers a simple, streamlined booking process and real-time reporting dashboard, while dealers can also change its configuration almost instantly to cater to any surges in demand.
Karen Rotberg, co-founder of BookMyGarage.com, said: “We were quick to hear that many dealers have been looking for an online booking system replacement. Thankfully, BookMyGarage is in a position where we can provide a highly adaptable solution that can be implemented quickly.
“Our existing BookMyGarage and SecretService franchised dealer partners already use our system with great success, gaining as much as 83% of bookings from new conquest customers thanks to a focus on turning ‘lookers into bookers.
