bodyshop Awards postponed to April 2022

It is with a heavy heart that the bodyshop magazine team has taken the decision to postpone the bodyshop Awards 2021 from Friday, 17 December to Thursday, 7 April 2022.

Given the enthusiasm and determination of so many of our guests and partners to proceed with this celebration of our industry’s great and good, we have followed government guidance right up until now to continue with the event albeit with the most stringent plans in place to keep everyone as safe as possible.

Unfortunately, having listened very carefully to an increasing number of people who understandably do not wish to put themselves or their team members at risk so close to Christmas, coupled with the worsening Covid-19 situation, we now feel on balance that a postponement is the prudent course of action.

We know that the bodyshop Awards are fundamentally about our community coming together to celebrate success. Let’s do just that when we can safely bring every valued member under the same roof to raise a glass to all 30 under 30: rising stars and bodyshop Awards winners.

We very much hope you understand our decision and will be happy to join us at the ICC Wales on Thursday, 7 April 2022. We will automatically carry forward your booking or your reserved place to the new date. Please expect further details from us in the new year.

If you have booked overnight accommodation at one of the Celtic Manor properties, please contact them direct to move your booking to the new date next year without any financial penalty.

Naturally, we are disappointed not to be going ahead this Friday, but the safety of our industry takes precedence. We apologise for any disappointment or inconvenience this postponement may cause you and we hope to see you all in April.
