Auto Windscreens promotes from within

Sean Draycott has been appointed as the new operations director for Auto Windscreens.
He has worked for the business for 16 years, starting as a technician in north London, before moving up the ranks to his previous role as regional manager for the south in 2017.
His new role will focus on managing operations for the company and on developing its increasing Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration capacity.
He said: “I’m delighted to be appointed as operations director. Auto Windscreens is always changing and growing, it’s an exciting place to work. ADAS is becoming an even bigger focus for us and our industry. I’ll be looking at how our training and development can lead us into the future.”
Managing director James MacBeth said: “Sean brings vast knowledge and experience from his previous roles at Auto Windscreens and is an asset in his position, making sure our operations run smoothly and our employees, suppliers and customers are looked after every step of the way.”
