A new tool has been introduced to help dealers to promote aftersales and accessories to their customers.

Service Assist, from V12 Vehicle Finance, is a powerful customer loyalty and retention tool that enables dealers to run seasonal aftersales campaigns to suit different customer lifestyle needs.

For example, ‘get your car summer or winter ready’ by adding a roof box or a set of winter tyres. Additionally, dealers could promote the benefits of a ‘car health check’ or ‘mini service’ in the lead up to a family trip or preparation for the harsher winter weather driving conditions.

The V12 service, repair and accessory financing package has also been developed to help remove the financial pressure that drivers can experience when faced with added costs arising from servicing or unplanned replacement parts or repairs. Drivers can simply spread the payments over a six or 10* month term, 0% interest‐free with loan values available between £250 and £2,500 (including VAT).
