AutoRaise delivers at #FEAAC19

bodyshop charity partner AutoRaise took the opportunity to raise its profile and reach hundreds of training providers by delivering a workshop at the recent FE Week’s Annual Apprenticeship Conference #FEAAC19, held at the International Conference Centre in Birmingham.

Now its fifth year, there were over six hundred attendees across two days.

The workshop was delivered by AutoRaise’s Indra Nauth, head of engagement: education and learners, and John Henderson, training and development manager at Gemini ARC.

Sharing best practice around how to work in partnership to ensure recruitment of apprentices and crucially how to retain them, Indra and John delivered a 45 minute workshop to a number of employers, training providers and apprenticeship organisations.

Indra said, ‘We were stunned to have our workshop idea accepted as there are more established organisations than AutoRaise who have been operating in the Further Education sector for a while that pitched for this slot. It provided the perfect opportunity to reach hundreds of people in one go, to be able to tell the FE sector about the amazing work that AutoRaise, Gemini and other employers are doing alongside Emtec, Blackpool and the Fylde College and other providers delivering the multi-skilled Accident Repair Technician Standard.’
