(more than three bodyshop sites in either a group or franchise chain)
Criteria: A written entry (max. 1200 words) or a video entry (Max. 3 minutes with no more than 1 minute per criteria) must address the selection criteria detailed below and must show outcomes.
Multi Site Operators must be able to demonstrate a uniformity of site appearance, levels of service to customers, quality in finished repairs, parity of times and costs (to the MSOs, not retail rates) across their operations on different sites. The judges are looking for demonstrations of these outcomes and examples to prove them.
The criteria below are provided to give clarification to factors relevant to the judges’ decisions. Submissions should relate to UK operations only.
