The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation will hold its first Industry Briefing Bitesize session for 2021 – “The Digitalisation of the Automotive Aftermarket in 2021 and Beyond” – which is exclusive to its membership. The briefing will look at how “digitalisation can bring the aftermarket supply chain, workshops, service providers and the customer together in a 360-degree journey”. Ben Smith, founder of PECUVi Automotive, is the first guest speaker for 2021 and will be discussing Intelligent Motorist, a new app-based automotive vehicle health check solution.
