Volkswagen Financial Services Fleet renews FMG contract

Volkswagen Financial Services Fleet has renewed its incident management services partnership with FMG.

The new agreement builds on a relationship that has been in place since 2008, with FMG continuing to deliver a comprehensive range of services including FNOL, uninsured loss recovery, repair management and rental damage management.

Meanwhile, FMG’s digital solutions enable VWFS customers to report incidents quickly through its ENOL platform, track repair progress in real time and manage their claim online.

Jonathan Glenn, head of fleet operations at Volkswagen Financial Services, said: “Providing customers with confidence throughout their vehicle journey is central to everything we do, and FMG plays an important role in helping us deliver on that commitment. Their expertise, responsive service and customer-first approach ensure our drivers receive the support they need when it matters most.

“Alongside operational excellence, FMG provides valuable management information and data insights that help us continually enhance the customer experience. Their collaborative approach and commitment to service make them a trusted extension of our business.”

Amanda Cunningham, director of client relationships, Fleet at FMG, added: “We’re proud to continue our partnership with Volkswagen Financial Services, which has grown over more than 17 years through a shared focus on delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

“By combining expert incident management with digital innovation and close collaboration, we help minimise disruption for drivers while supporting VWFS in delivering the high standards of service its customers expect. We look forward to building on that success in the years ahead.”
