Autoglass announces Mobile Recalibration Pro rollout

Autoglass has announced the nationwide rollout of its Mobile Recalibration Pro, enabling ADAS recalibration at customers’ preferred locations.

The launch follows a three-year development programme and trials to validate its ability to deliver precise, OEM-equivalent ADAS calibration across varying outdoor lighting, ground and weather conditions.

Delivered through three stages, detection, calculation and recalibration, the operational model comprises:

  • Dedicated mobile units – fully equipped mobile recalibration vehicles bringing service directly to customer homes, business depots, or roadside locations
  • Commercial fleet integration – on-site recalibration integrated directly into routine fleet maintenance schedules
  • Strategic training and service hubs – strategically placed facilities, including airport locations, serving a dual purpose as technician training hubs and rapid-response service centres.

John Coombs, head of commercial growth and innovation at Autoglass, said: “When we first showcased Mobile Recalibration Pro, delivering a mobile ADAS recalibration service at scale was recognised as one of the toughest technical challenges in our sector. Today, after rigorous testing and refinement, we are delighted to make it a national reality.

“Transitioning from controlled fleet trials to a nationwide, multi-platform rollout is a major step forward for road safety and operational efficiency. By combining our AI-driven technology with an upskilled technician network and strategic service hubs, we are helping fleet managers, insurers, and everyday drivers keep their vehicles safe and on the road with minimal disruption.”
