Autofinity upgrades ViHUB platform to match cars with buyers

Autofinity is enhancing its ViHUB platform by helping dealers manage vehicles and then matching them with potential buyers.

Its ViHUB platform pools data from multiple sources to provide a single source of information for every vehicle across a dealer group. It delivers actionable insights such as days-in-stock, lack of pricing updates or inaccurate details such as mileage, as well as highlighting new car orders and pipeline stock.

Autofinity’s vision has now evolved to create a fully homogeneous ecosystem of cars, colleagues and customers in a single, interconnected framework. By pooling information on each vehicle, ViHUB creates a single depository of vehicle data and market information.

It then automatically mines the dealership’s customer database to find the ideal potential car buyer.

Autofinity CEO Andy Whitehair said: “Our 100% connectivity ethos pivots dealerships away from traditional reactive selling to proactive management where stock vehicles are linked to customers already in the database. This approach has major implications for tackling overage and problem vehicles often before they even become an issue.

“Whilst ViHUB has been hugely successful in overcoming obstacles of dealership silos and ensuring vehicle inventory can be managed from one dashboard with any problems immediately flagged for a quick fix, this is the first time it has joined up dealership people and processes with the customer database.”
