iRG Repair Group takes AX Motor Assist awards
iRG Repair Group has achieved a clean sweep in the AX Motor Assist quarterly approved repairer performance awards.
Its sites in Merthyr, Pontypridd, Cardiff and Bridgend were ranked as top performers in the accident management company’s quarter two charts and were collectively rewarded with a joint award ahead of 180 other repairers.
The awards come just months after iRG Repair Group and AX Motor Assist agreed a new partnership.
Liam Savage, Motor Assist supply chain partnership manager, said: “We usually only present the award to a single top performing site but as iRG’s centres were ranked so closely in the upper echelon it was too difficult for us to pick an overall winner so we decided they deserved to be winners as a group.
“iRG has quickly demonstrated an understanding of how Motor Assist needs our repairers to perform. All sites have picked up our processes quickly and consistently hit targets which has a big benefit to us as a work provider. What’s more, our customers are looked after exceptionally well and our operations team finds working with their staff smooth and straightforward on all levels.”
