FORVIA HELLA announces Philippe Vienney departure
FORVIA HELLA has announced that chief financial officer Philippe Vienney will step down from the management board next February.
Vienney has been a member of the management board of FORVIA HELLA since 2024 and has been responsible for the finance and controlling corporate functions.
Information on his replacement will be provided in the near future.
Dr Wolfgang Ziebart, chairman of the shareholder committee, said: “I would like to express my sincere thanks to Philippe Vienney for the work he has done over the past years. The time that Philippe Vienney has worked for us so far has been marked by far-reaching changes and challenges in the automotive industry.
“During this time, Philippe Vienney has made a significant contribution as chief financial officer to steering the company safely and with a very solid financial basis through the transformation. I therefore wish him all the best for his future.”.
Dr Peter Laier, CEO, added: “For almost three decades, Philippe Vienney has rendered significant service to FORVIA, and subsequently to FORVIA HELLA. Therefore, I would like to personally thank him, also on behalf of the management board, for his contributions over all these years.”
