Page Automotive Group enters administration

Page Automotive Group has gone into administration, putting around 144 jobs at risk.

The group, which operated sites in Southampton, Aldershot, Christchurch, London, Poole and Portsmouth, appointed Alexander Kinninmonth and James Prior of FRP Advisory Trading as joint administrators on 27 August.

The group increased turnover from £14.7m in 2023 to £24.2m in 2024 but recorded an overall loss of £1.1m.

It invested heavily in its Southampton site the same year, adding a dedicated aluminium repair bay and new equipment.

However, turnover across the group fell to £17.2m in 2025, with losses of £575,000 expected. The company warned that falling repair volumes and low cash reserves had created a ‘level of uncertainty.’

In a statement, director Howard Nash, said: “The company’s principal risk continues to relate to the volume and quality of referred work from its major customers. This exposure encompasses both the overall number of motor accidents requiring repair and the company’s ability to retain existing customers and secure new contracts with organisations capable of providing significant and consistent work volumes, primarily insurers.”

It subsequently closed its Reading site and cut expenses by 19% during the year and, following these measures, had predicted a turnover of £19.4m and profits of £1.2m for 2026.
