National Accident Repair Group renamed National Assistance
Leading UK managed accident repair network National Accident Repair Group (NARG) has announced it is rebranding to National Assistance.
The change follows a period of growth in which the company’s service offering has expanded well beyond repair deployment and management. The new name and identity are designed to better represent the breadth of assistance the company now provides to insurers, fleets and their customers.
The transition will take place over the coming weeks, with the new branding rolling out across the business, including digital channels, documentation and communications. There is no change to the company’s ownership, leadership or operations.
Edwin Harrell, chief executive officer, said: “Our team, our standards and our commitment to the clients and repairers we work with stay exactly as they are. The new name reflects the range of services we now deliver, and our ambition to offer the market a truly differentiated service aligned to how insurers and fleets buy today.”
