Fleet Logistics renews FMG incident management partnership
Fleet Logistics has renewed its longstanding partnership with FMG for the ongoing provision of incident management services to its fleet customers.
FMG has delivered a range of services including first notification of loss, uninsured loss recovery, non-fault hire and a bespoke total loss solution to Fleet Logistics since 2010.
Sue Branston, country head at Fleet Logistics said: “We specialise in creating effective fleet programmes for our customers, with bundled or unbundled services to meet their specific needs, and FMG play a key role in this flexible service delivery.
“They take time to get to know and thoroughly understand our customers’ needs and then provide objective and data-driven advice and tailored solutions to support the seamless running of their fleets.
“FMG’s account management team are extremely diligent and responsive, proactively and passionately supporting our customers, and this makes our contract renewal a logical decision.”

Amanda Cunningham, director of fleet relationships at FMG, added: “We’re incredibly proud that Fleet Logistics have once again renewed their incident management contract with us and we look forward to continuing this successful partnership.
“Our businesses share a rich history and an unwavering commitment to delivering driver satisfaction and cost control alongside every customers’ unique setup. Together we’re shaping a great future for Fleet Logistics’ customers through flexible solutions, clear communication and dedicated and responsive customer support.”
