Steve Lawrence named Fix Auto UK head of service delivery
Fix Auto UK has appointed regional business manager Steve Lawrence to the newly-created role of head of service delivery.
Lawrence was group operations director for Fix Auto Spalding, Fix Auto Huntingdon and Fix Auto Peterborough before joining Fix Auto UK as region three business manager in 2020.
Reporting directly to Fix Auto UK operations director Mark Hutchins, he will head up the newly-established service delivery division to ensure the services evolve in line with the needs of its insurer and industry partners.
Another key part of the new role will be enhancing the level of support available to new franchise partners.
Hutchins said: “Steve is one of the most respected and influential members of our team. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, a genuine understanding of our franchise partners’ needs and a relentless commitment to raising standards across the group.
“At our recent National Conference, we outlined our ambition to grow the Group to 350 repairers over the next decade. Establishing the service delivery team is a fundamental part of achieving that vision and Steve’s experience, knowledge and leadership make him the ideal person to shape and develop this vital area of the business.”
