Flock introduces AI agent for fleet management
Connected insurer Flock has introduced an AI agent to support fleets with insights based on more than 600 million miles of real-world driving data.
Living inside the Flock portal, Jay will undertake sophisticated analysis for fleets, identifying risks and pointing out actions that may improve fleet performance.
Studying each individual fleet in forensic detail, the AI solution will track every vehicle, identify which drivers could benefit from further training and provide real-time updates on claims.
The launch follows a successful pilot with Flock’s fleet insurance customers, with 87% of those who took part seeking further support.
