Mackins secures Nissan approved bodyshop status

Northern Ireland-based Mackins Accident Repair Centre has announced it has been certified as a Nissan approved bodyshop.

Accreditation follows a comprehensive assessment of the company’s facilities, equipment, technician competence and repair processes, and recognises the company’s ability to repair Nissan vehicles in accordance with the manufacturer’s exacting standards.

The approval reinforces the company’s ongoing commitment to investing in advanced repair technology, specialist equipment and continuous staff training as vehicle construction and safety systems become increasingly sophisticated.

Mackins ARC was crowned Medium Bodyshop of the Year at the Bodyshop Awards last October, while Patrick Mackin was named Bodyshop Manager of the Year.

Incredibly proud

He said: “Manufacturer approvals are about much more than displaying a logo. They demonstrate a commitment to investing in the people, equipment and processes needed to repair modern vehicles safely and correctly.

“We’re incredibly proud of our team for achieving this recognition and delighted to be able to offer Nissan owners the reassurance that their vehicles will be repaired to manufacturer standards.”
