BookMyGarage introduces digital assistant to repairers
BookMyGarage has launched its first AI service advisor for automotive aftermarket workshops.
Operating 24/7 and using the business’s live pricing, availability, and lead times, the digital assistant reduces telephone call volumes while increasing confirmed bookings.
The AI assistant guides customers from first question to completed booking confirmation, enabling them to ask service or repair questions, enter their vehicle registration to receive specific answers relating to their car type, complete an end‑to‑end booking, and receive an instant booking confirmation.
The service is available in three options: Chat Bot, Voice Bot, and Premium Video Avatar Bot.
