Rowley Spraybooths unveils new energy saving solution

Rowley Spraybooths has released a new energy saving solution to help bodyshops cut costs within their workshops.

Its new EAS Energy Assessment Service has been developed in response to rising energy costs and increasing pressure to meet stricter environmental standards.

EAS helps bodyshops identify where energy is being wated across spraybooths, compressors, and heating systems and highlights areas where efficiencies can be improved and operational costs reduced.

This could include outdated heating systems, inefficient airflow, excessive compressor usage and opportunities for spraybooth optimisation.

Measurable savings

The company said: “Our specialist team delivers tailored recommendations that create real, measurable savings. The service also helps bodyshops make smarter decisions when planning upgrades, repairs, or replacement equipment, ensuring investment goes where it delivers the greatest return.

“With over 40 years of industry expertise, Rowley has built a reputation for delivering high-performance, energy-efficient solutions across the UK automotive sector. EAS takes that expertise one step further, helping bodyshops improve sustainability, lower their carbon footprint, and work towards stronger environmental compliance without compromising productivity.”
