Servicesure enhances support to independent repairers
Servicesure has agreed a partnership with Service Advisor Academy to enhance support for its nationwide network of independent workshops.
As part of the agreement, Servicesure members can choose between the Academy’s 12-month IMI-accredited training or a condensed one-day session.
The courses are focused on delivering practical skills that customers can use in the real-world, from handling difficult conversations to presenting work in a way customers understand.
Emma Lindley, founder of Service Advisor Academy, said: “This is a really exciting step forward together. Garages have told me how important this training is, but also that a one-day option will make the programme even more accessible.”
Adam O’Neill, partnership director, GSF Car Parts, added:
“We really want to support garages to secure work and grow. This training is a key step in helping them do that. Practical and accessible – we’re really excited about moving this forward.”
