Enterprise Charity Football Match set for kick-off

An Enterprise Charity Football Match will take place at Macclesfield Town FC tomorrow, raising funds for Insurance United Against Dementia.

Supporters are invited to The Moss Rose stadium between 11am and 5pm to support the event and help raise funds for a worthy cause.

Dementia is the UK’s biggest killer, with nearly a million people currently living with the disease. That figure is expected to rise to 1.4 million by 2040.

Insurance United Against Dementia is an industry-led campaign launched in 2017 in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Society. To date, more than 140 organisations from the insurance sector have been involved in the campaign, raising crucial funds to support those living with dementia and fund ground-breaking research.

The Enterprise Charity Football Match has so far raised more than £90,000 for the cause, with a target of £100,000.

Tickets on the day are £10, while corporate supporters who have donated £500 or more all get two free spectator tickets each. To reserve a place, please email eu99meetings&[email protected] with their names.
