AX expands fleet with dual-control options
AX has increased its dual-control replacement fleet with the addition of Volkswagen Polo models.
The move will ensure driving instructors can remain on the road and continue lessons with minimal disruption after an accident.
The company has said it is planning to introduce additional dual control vehicles in the future while also using its established network of supply partners to increase flexibility and availability.
Dan Cripps, fleet and logistics director at AX, said: “Our focus is always on keeping our customers moving, whatever their circumstances. Driving instructors have very specific requirements, and we are ensuring we can support them with the right vehicles at the right time.
“More broadly, it reflects the strength and depth of our fleet; we’ve built it to be as flexible as possible, while covering a range of needs, from different powertrains and all the popular segments.”
Meanwhile, AX has also responded to the growing demand for electric vehicles with its EV-for-EV guarantee, ensuring drivers receive a like-for-like electric replacement.
