Jason Cagle to drive 3M RepairStack programme in the UK

3M has appointed Jason Cagle to help lead its 3M RepairStack Performance Solution programme in the UK and Ireland.

Cagle, one of RepairStack’s original architects and integral in its development since its inception in 2021, was a key figure in its roll out to more than 5,000 sites in North America.

Modular in design, RepairStack is engineered to help streamline workshop organisation, reduce waste, improve stock control and assist in ensuring technicians have immediate access to the right products at the right time.

By consolidating materials into a structured, clearly labelled cabinet system, the solution supports improved workflow, tighter process management and consistent repair quality.

Tremendous opportunity

Cagle said: “Having been deeply involved in the RepairStack journey from concept to large-scale adoption, it’s incredibly exciting to bring that experience to the UK market.

“I’ve been instantly impressed by the way those early adopters over here who have embraced it and, more importantly, immediately experienced its benefits. There is tremendous opportunity ahead and I look forward to working closely with our partners to deliver a programme that drives real impact and long-term success.”

Strategic accounts and RepairStack sales leader Lee Roan added: “Jason’s track record speaks for itself. From day one, he has demonstrated an unmatched understanding and vision surrounding RepairStack and the systems’ capabilities. He was pivotal in building the programme into what it is today, and I am delighted to have him and his expertise on board.”
