Bobby McConville joins Grove Group to drive Scotland growth
Grove Group has appointed Bobby McConville as regional sales manager for Scotland to support growth across the country.
He brings 45 years of experience in the automotive refinishing industry after beginning his career as an apprentice with Volvo aged 16.
He later joined AkzoNobel and held a variety of roles, including technical demonstrator, sales manager, and business consultant. He also played a key role in leading and developing AkzoNobel’s ACOAT Programme.
After recently retiring McConville found himself drawn back to the industry.
He said: “I was missing the challenge, so when the opportunity at Grove presented itself, I knew it was the right thing to do. There’s still a lot I want to contribute, and I’m excited to do that with Grove Group.”
