RAC Warranty recommended by 92% of used car dealers
New research has found that 92% of used car dealers would recommend RAC Warranty to family and friends.
Meanwhile, 84% are pleased with their relationship with the business and 80% rated it higher than other warranty providers.
The survey of more than 1,400 members carried out by JudgeService also found that 83% of retailers rated its products as ‘good’, 79% said they meet customer needs and 75% said they provided value for money.
Lee Coomber, RAC client director at Assurant, which partners with the RAC in the aftersales sector, said: “How we are perceived by the dealers with which we work is clearly very important to our business and overall, we are pleased with these results.
“They show the vast majority of our dealer base rate us as ‘good’ across every important metric, believing we provide the right products for their customer base at the right price, have a strong process in place when claims need to be made, and build good personal relationships through effective communication.
“There is always room for improvement and we have a programme planned that should see us score higher when we repeat this research in 12 months.”
