RTJK Automotive Group adopts iStoreDOCS

RTJK Automotive Group has announced is has moved its digital document management platform to iStoreDOCS.

The Group, which is the operator behind Wilson & Co and Drayton Motors, has ended its relationship with a large international provider to work with the UK-based dealer technology specialist.

iStoreDOCS provides dealers with a secure digital document management system that supports the full sales and after-sales process. The platform allows customers to upload identification and supporting paperwork, review and sign documents remotely, and complete required compliance steps within a single, structured workflow.

Gareth Grasham, group sales manager at RTJK, which includes 10 dealerships across Lincolnshire, Greater Manchester and Lancashire, said: “We wanted a partner that was closer to our business and genuinely committed to flexibility, personal support and service. Moving to iStoreDOCS has given us that.

“The process of changing systems was far easier than expected, and the support from the Mad Devs team throughout the transition was excellent. It feels like a platform that will evolve with us, rather than something we have to work around.”

Collaboration

Daniel Rea, sales director at Mad Devs, which delivered the transition, said: “The project was built around close collaboration with the RTJK team. It was essential to provide a smooth transition that did not distract teams from selling cars or looking after customers.

“We worked closely with RTJK to understand their existing processes and data and to migrate everything to iStoreDOCS in a controlled, practical way. The move will improve the underlying document workflow and compliance visibility.”
