ARIES webinar for repairers set for next week
A free ARIES webinar will take place next week to provide the collision repair aftermarket with a greater understanding of the new standard.
Hosted by the ARIES Group at 3:00pm on Wednesday, 21 January, the ARIES webinar will explain the standard’s objectives and talk repairers through the three-step process required to transition from PAS 2060.
Repairers will also be invited to ask questions during the meeting and are invited to submit questions in advance by emailing [email protected].
ARIES (Automotive Repair Industry Environmental Standard) was introduced last summer to provide a clear, standardised and transparent approach to carbon reduction. It aligns repairers with the SBTi framework and international standards, while supporting businesses in meeting increasing regulatory, commercial and consumer expectations.
Since launch, an estimated 66% of repairers have already committed to ARIES while supporting insurers are also now transitioning fully to ARIES-supported processes.
The ARIES Group said: “We urge all repairers to avoid being left behind. Register now if you haven’t already, and for those who have — your work isn’t finished. Upload your Carbon Reduction Management Plan (CRMP) as soon as possible so we can collectively demonstrate real progress in carbon reduction.”
