iRG Repair Group achieves ‘world class’ score
iRG Repair Group is celebrating after its Newport branch collected an Enterprise Rent-A-Car customer service award.
Based on customer feedback around service and repair quality, the branch achieved a ‘world-class’ score to top Enterprise’s South-West Region.
General manager Lewis Elliot said: “To be fair, we have the same process in place in Newport that is employed across the rest of the iRG Repair Group where customer satisfaction is at the forefront of our minds at every stage of the repair process.
“From the outset of the repair, we make sure that the customer is put first at all times and we provide detailed signposting statements with relevant regular updates throughout the process and follow-up with a post-repair call to check they are happy with the job and every element of the service provided.”
