Fix Auto Basingstoke unveils new site

Fix Auto Basingstoke has moved into a new, purpose-built 24,000 sqft repair facility as part of its long-term growth strategy.

The new site, which has been developed with a strong focus on sustainability, has been designed specifically to meet evolving manufacturer standards, insurer requirements, and the increasing demands of electric and hybrid vehicle repair.

Equipment

The workshop is equipped with two Junair electric spraybooths, eight EV charging bays, a CAR-O-LINER bench rack for precise structural repairs, and a DCR Systems diamond cut wheel repair unit.

Dale Morris, managing director at Fix Auto Basingstoke, said: “This new facility is a huge step forward for our business. It’s not just about having more space; it’s about investing in the right technology, the right infrastructure, and a sustainable future for vehicle repair.”

“We’ve built this site to support modern vehicles, particularly as EV volumes continue to grow, while also significantly reducing our environmental impact. It puts us in a very strong position to support our insurer, fleet, and retail partners both now and in the years ahead.”

Standards

Morris added: “Moves like this don’t happen without a huge amount of effort behind the scenes. I’m incredibly proud of our team for getting us operational in such a short space of time, and grateful to our partners who helped bring the project together.

“Our focus now is on continuing to raise standards, investing in our people and processes, and ensuring we remain at the forefront of sustainable, high-quality accident repair.”
